Today we’re taking a tour of Mungo Homes in Pooler, Georgia and we are starting right now. Hey everyone, welcome back to my blog.

I’m Karin Carr with Georgia Coast Homes and you may notice I’ve done a little bit of a rebrand on my blog! So today I have the pleasure of interviewing Jennifer Johnson with Mungo Homes in Pooler Georgia, who’s going to tell us all about  this fabulous community.

Hi my name is Jennifer Johnson. I’m a new home sales advisor from Mungo Homes in the beautiful community of Davenport at Savannah Quarters. We currently have about 15 floor plans to choose from if you would like to build. Five of those floor plans are one stories and three of them are master down floor plans. In 2012 Builder magazine named Mungo Homes America’s best builder for overall achievement in housing, and excellence in design, quality, construction, customer service, community industry support, marketing, and finance and operations.

Davenport at Savannah Quarters is part of the Savannah Quarters development. It is in a beautiful secluded location. The homes are Craftsman style with white trim and hardie board siding. The recreational membership with Savannah Quarters is optional and you can have access to the pool, the gym, the tennis courts, and the clubhouse, and they hold many events every month. Standard features in the Davenport community include a fully seeded and irrigated yard, granite in the kitchen.

Another standard feature includes a Bluetooth music port where you can connect your device and play music throughout the open-concept living space in the home. Base prices in the Davenport at Savannah Quarters community range from $215,000 to $306,000. Square footage ranges from 1675 square feet to over 4100 square feet. We have a few lots available in phase 2 and our phase 3, with 24 additional lots, will open up in October of 2018. Currently we have about four inventory homes available in different phases of construction. Davenport at Savannah Quarters is in an excellent location.

It’s less than a mile from I-16 which, in about 10 to 15 minutes, can take you to downtown Savannah. It’s convenient to Pooler Parkway, it takes about 7 to 10 minutes to get to Tanger Outlets shopping and restaurants. And from there it’s just a short drive to Gulfstream and the airport. So Davenport at Savannah Quarters is a little less than a half an hour’s drive to get to Hunter Army Airfield and we also have incentives for military buyers.
