I’ve been a full time real estate agent since 2005, and I’ve spent most of my career helping people make big moves with a lot less confusion.

I moved to Georgia in 2015, so I understand relocation from both sides. I know what it feels like to research an area from a distance, try to figure out which communities actually fit your life, and wonder what you are not seeing in the listing photos.

That is a big reason I started my YouTube channel. I wanted to give relocating buyers the information I wished I had when I was moving. The good. The bad. The weird stuff nobody mentions until after you get here.

I’m Not Here to Sell You on Savannah
Savannah is a wonderful place to live.
It is also not the right place for everyone.
I would rather help you figure that out before you buy a house than convince you to move here because I want a commission.
Whether you are relocating, buying locally, downsizing, preparing for retirement, helping a parent move into senior living, or selling a home you have owned for years, my approach is pretty simple.

Before we ever talk about specific houses, I want to understand what you want your life here to look like. The right house in the wrong area is still the wrong house.

So I spend a lot of time helping buyers understand the Savannah metro area first, then narrowing down the communities that actually make sense for them.

A listing can tell you the square footage.
It cannot tell you what the commute feels like at 4:30 pm on a Friday.

It cannot tell you whether that adorable historic house is going to make you crazy because of maintenance.

It cannot tell you whether the neighborhood you loved on vacation feels the same way when you live there full time.

That is where local experience matters.
My job is to help fill in the blanks.

I have created hundreds of real estate videos over the years because video lets people learn before they ever pick up the phone.

You can explore neighborhoods, understand the market, learn what it is like to live here, and get answers to questions you may not even know to ask yet.

By the time many of my clients contact me, they already feel like they know me.
That is exactly how I want it.

A Little Background
I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2005 and moved to Georgia in 2015.

I am also an Air Force wife (retired,) best selling author, speaker, and longtime real estate educator.

My book, YouTube for Real Estate Agents, grew out of the same philosophy I use with clients today. Educate first. Be useful. Build trust. Skip the hard sell.

Over the years I have helped buyers and sellers through relocations, traditional home sales, military moves, remote purchases, downsizing, and major life transitions.

Different situations, same basic goal.
Help people make a decision they feel good about after the paperwork is signed.
